He sat down by the window As he removed his long black coat It was poetry in motion That flowed out from his throat
“I haven’t seen you in years” He spoke soft like a lover I almost couldn’t tell That this man was my brother
The one that ran away When he was just a teen And vanished without a trace To never again be seen
“You robbed me of an idol The day you left us all.” The brother I looked up to

This machine fights terrorism Hate crimes And the things that cause them This machine’s An empty gun That keeps the bad guys On the run
This machines a hand grenade A peaceful Poet sound brigade This machine It fights for me And everything
That keeps us free
This machine is president Elected by The residents This machine
It keeps us safe
NewsSometimes you see me smiling I don’t always sing the blues But know that when I die Its going to make the newsNews
Sometimes you see me laughing And theirs nothing I can do But know that when I die I plan to kill you too
Sometimes you see me blushing Plainly in your view But know that when I die Its not because of you
Those times you see me crying Know this poem was true And know that when I die I plan to make the news

California’s a cradle For meaningless prayers that float through the air Like a world war bomber to a God who wont care About tanning booth vixens and millionaire swine’s Stomach pump evenings past mornings of wine Homesick abortions that come just in time To repent for the night
